Dear HRFC supporter

My name is Lynne Duncan and I would like to introduce myself as the new membership secretary at Hereford Rugby Club.

I came on board last season to try and improve collection of subs from players in a bid to improve facilities for them and you to enjoy at Wyeside.  We had some success with this and as there have been a few changes on the committee at the club, I have now taken on the role of membership secretary for non-playing members too.

Last season was particularly difficult, as you will all know with flooding and the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic.  It has taken a massive effort from the committee, local and worldwide supporters to raise funds to try and get the club up and running, bigger and better than ever.

It is with this in mind that I ask if you are able to contribute your membership to the club this season it will go a long way to putting the club in a much better place and help keep us going for another season.

This is our 150th year and we are hoping to be able to celebrate this in some form before the end of the season.  It will also be a way of thanking you and all our members in the HRFC family for supporting the club the way you always have.

It is a trying time for everyone so please do not feel pressure to renew your membership.  There are many other ways to support the club and hopefully that means joining us for games whenever we are able to host them again at Wyeside.

If you do decide to join us for another year’s membership, I have attached a form which I would be grateful if you could complete and return to me with payment.  You can also pay by BACS transfer, details of which are included on the form. If you could just contact me with date of payment and completed form for our records I would be most grateful.

Full Membership also gives you discounts at Hereford Tyres, Hereford Hair Academy, Fit, Pritchards Menswear, Gerry Doverman and the all-important discount at the bar once we reopen!
