SATURDAY 14 OCTOBER 2006 - HEREFORD  22 - 7  ROSS 2NDS
Hereford Third XV made it a clean sweep for the club when they beat Ross 2nds 22-7 at home. After a scoreless first half skipper Jim Kenyon charged over for a try, which was increased after centre Huw Jones scored and fly-half Andy Turner converted. With 20 minutes to go Paul Jones came into the second row and made an immediate impact with a try from a penalty move to give Hereford a 17-point lead. Ross hit back with a converted try, but Hereford had the last word when full-back Matt Hallett crossed after good work by Mark Austin and scrum-half Luke Malone.
