Hereford Rugby Football Club First XV scored a good 40 – 7 win against Solihull, the run-away leaders in the Midland 3 West (South) League.

The lighter Hereford pack got sufficient ball against a much more experienced eight to enable their much superior back division to score 8 tries.

During several periods of the game excellent Hereford defence kept Solihull out and thoroughly deserved the win.
